Re-emerging from her victory in Bigg Boss season 15, Tejasswi Prakash is back with a glamorous look in Naagin 6. Naagin, a fantasy thriller, has been a fan-favorite since its conception, the show started with Mouni Roy in the year 2015 and has continued its journey with many other big names such as Adaa Khan, Surbhi Jyoti, Nia Sharma, and many more from the tv industry. With the latest acquisition of Tejasswi Prakash as Pratha, Naagin 6 is ready to set fire on screen.
A brainchild of Ekta Kapoor, Naagin brought a new wave in the genre of supernatural in the tv industry; an idea that was initially a film concept was rejected by many Bollywood actresses after which it was finally adapted into a tv show. The show was adored and accepted by the fans which led it to become a multi seasons show. Ekta Kapoor announced Tejasswi as the lead of season six in the Bigg Boss season 15 finale.
The new season started on 12th February 2022, with a new plot that centers around the pandemic situation and Tejasswi Prakash’s character as Pratha at its center. In the first look of Naagin 6, Tejasswi was seen in an all-gold ensemble where she is walking around a destroyed laboratory hinting perhaps a sci-fi twist to the show. The show is set up around Pratha who has been portrayed as a beacon of hope in the midst of crisis, the one that would save the world.
Actress Tejasswi Prakash posted her latest golden naagin look on Instagram, where she poses in a variety of sizzling poses. She also posted a BTS reel on the sets of Naagin with her friend and fellow Bigg Boss contestant Rohit Suchanti, dancing on the latest reel songs. Her last post of Naagin 6 was a compilation of her character Pratha as she interacts with various characters on the show.
Tejasswi Prakash, the 29 years old actress started her career in 2012 with Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki, with her big break as a lead in Swaragini – Jodein Rishton Ke Sur in 2015, she has been spotted in many other shows like Pehredaar Piya Ki, Karn Sangini, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka and Shaadi Ho Toh Aisi. Tejasswi was born to a Marathi family and had been a student of Engineering before a career change in 2012.
Naagin season 6 also stars Simba Nagpal as Captain Rishabh Gujral and love interest to the lead along, Maheck Chahal as Tejasswi’s sister, Urvashi Dholakia as Urvashi, and Sudha Chandran reprising. The show would be available with new episodes every Saturday and Sunday from 8 pm onwards on Colors TV.
