The Most Anticipated Netflix Releases OF 2022 – Imagining something that will never happen can be frustrating. But Imagining and waiting for something that will happen, not just gives you butterflies but gives you a whole zoo.
Such are these series and movies that you have been eagerly waiting for years. Where you were left in suspense and forced to make up conclusions. But 2022 has a few surprises for you and it will answer your questions, put an end to your conclusions. Make you laugh, cry, empower, enlighten, and will surely triple the flood of pleasure and emotion in your mind & body making you well pleased.
1. Stranger Things
One of the greatest sci-fi dramas on Netflix is “Stranger Things”. Season 3 has broken viewing records of 40.7 million in its first four days and 18.2 million have watched the entire series in that time frame. It was first released in 2016. The sequence focuses on a young lady called Eleven who has superpowers and she joins up with a friendship staff in Hawkins and Indiana where abnormal things happen.
Season 3 ended with a cliffhanger where the fans were left for 3 years to make up their conclusions of what would’ve happened. But the long wait is finally over. Stranger Things will premiere on Netflix globally on 27th May ( volume 1 ) July 1 ( volume 2). The producer and writer Matt and Ross Duffer(brothers) revealed that 4th season will be a bumper season because it will be released in two halves. And they have also confirmed that there will be a season 5 five which will be the final display. For the initial announcements, they have released 4 teasers-
In addition to this, there was a “Sneak a Peek” trailer.
It is confirmed that there will be 9 episodes for which Netflix has relieved the titles, dropping the clues and hidden meanings behind them.
2. Hustle
Apart from being a comedian actor, Adam Sandler is also a screenwriter, musician, and film producer. After his massive success in Hubie Halloween and uncut gems, he’s coming with a dramatic role in Hustle. The director of the film Jeremiah Zagar has won several awards. The scriptwriter Taylor Meterne(NBA 2k20, dominoes) and Will fetters( Oscar nominee for the star is born). Hustle might be a sports drama but it has made room for some romance where queen Latifah and Sandler will be a married couple wearing matching sneakers.

Sandler will be playing Stanley Baren, a pro basketball scout who has been fired. But then he travels abroad and discovers a basketball diamond Bo Perez( Juancho Hernangomez– a real-life NBA player) on the streets of Madrid. He grabs this opportunity to groom Bo and crave his back into the NBA. It will be released on 10th June 2022.

3. The Umbrella Academy Season 3
The umbrella academy has amazed and captured a lot of eyes on it. It is a superhero web series developed by steve Blackman and Jeremy Salter and it is the adaptation of a comic book series with the same name. Created by Gerald way and Gabriel ba.
The story is about a dysfunctional family of adopted siblings superheroes, who reunites to solve the mystery of their dad’s death and fight the imminent apocalypse.
The production is said to be underway but the cast provided some information on it. Emmy raver Lampman who plays the role of Allison Hargreeves shares that the 3rd season will be massive and hinted that there will be more departure from the original comics. Challenges, losses, surprises are part of the new season. Hargreeves and Sparrows will battle it out once again on June 22, 2022, the whole season is said to be released on the same date.
They even released the title of season 3 which might have some clues in it. Check out the teaser.

4. Wendell & Wild
Wendell and wild is an upcoming animated dark fantasy horror film directed by Henry Selick. Scriptwriter- Selick. Keegan -Micheal Key, Jordan Peele, and clay Mcleod Chapman.
It is about two demon brothers Wendell( Keegan-Micheal key) and Wild(Peele). These two demons face their arch-nemesis, the demon dusting nun sister Helly and her two acolytes the goth teen – kat and Raoul. They need to enlist the aid of 13-year-old kat Elliot, a tough teen with a load of guilt, and to summon both to the land of the living. But kat’s demand to return makes this film a comedic adventure. This movie defies the law of death and life.
This movie will be released in October. If you love stop motion and goth feel, this should be added to your must-watch list.

5. The Crown Season 5
Season 5 of “The Crown” is said to be released in November 2022. It is a high-budget Netflix series. This series is expected to cover Diana’s and Prince Charles’s divorce, about Princess Diana’s tragic death. And how everything changed and looked after that incident.
Imelda Staunton will be Queen Elizabeth. And Elizabeth Debicki will be playing the role of Princess Diana.
Season 5 will be looking deep into the lives and loves of the royal family in the 900s to 00s.
