Please tell us about yourself

I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to share my story with your readers. I believe that you can only get a job like this by chance. You don’t choose to be a fashion influencer on purpose. You develop a persona that inspires all of your admirers to dream, which is exactly what happened to me. My writing and posting about my health and fashion journey inspired many others.

You have a gorgeous appearance. Where does your style originate, and where do you find inspiration?

Thanks a lot, haha! Well, It can be difficult to recall everything we see in a day or where our inspiration originates from in the digital age of perpetual overstimulation. I basically choose whatever fits my body type the best and that I feel comfortable wearing.

Explain how you see yourself as an “influencer.”

To be completely honest, I detest the term “influencer.” Because the term “influencer” has a hazy definition, I prefer to identify myself as a producer of fashion and fitness content. What, after all, actually characterizes an influencer? Is it the number of your followers? I would contend that there are many powerful individuals with modest, specialized followings. When someone visits my page, blog, or accounts, all I want to do is inspire and make them happy in real life.

When did you start blogging/using social media, and what motivated you to do so? How do you engage your followers and connect with them in the most effective way to provide them with the content they desire?

Right after I graduated three years ago, I made the choice on the spur of the moment. I’ve been actively using Instagram for two and a half years, and I’ve always enjoyed sharing about my workout regimen, nutritious meals, clothing, and other fashion-related topics. Due to how much I like doing it, I reasoned, “Hey, why not create an actual blog?” and that is how I came up with the idea. I make it a point to regularly engage with my fans through comments, Q&As, Dms, emails, etc. I try my best to respond to their inquiries on fashion.

What is your favourite item in your wardrobe, if you had to choose just one?

Right now, it has to be my tiny white dress with no back because it is very cozy, great for summer, and incredibly figure-flattering.

What are the three essential fashion elements that every girl must have?

Regardless of age, body type, or general fashion sense, every woman should own a pair of black pumps, a sophisticated blazer, and a timeless white shirt. They always appear stylish and current, regardless of what they are wearing.

As a Diet Consultant, if you could persuade people to make three dietary changes, what would they be?

Carbohydrates aren’t terrible, but you should adapt your carbohydrate intake to your level of activity and metabolic health.

Consume more protein. Consume everything, but watch your portions. The simplest step toward a healthy diet may be to reach for a smaller plate.

What are the most common nutritional mistakes you observe?

 Although it is completely random, I find it difficult to comprehend why individuals discard egg yolk. The most nutrient-dense food is an egg, and the majority of the nutrients are found in the yolk. I’m unable to comment on anything else, but Egg is your buddy. TOTALITY OF IT.

What are your thoughts about fasting as a diet technique?

Intermittent fasting is certainly beneficial, but other methods that are essentially a step up from starvation upset me much since they ultimately cause more harm than benefit to individuals. In addition to making you sluggish and fatigued, going without food causes your body to go into starvation mode, which lowers your metabolism—the exact opposite of what you want it to do to lose weight.

Any motivational line or statement for your fans and readers

To be who you are. We are all special and have something to offer the world, so it saddens me to hear so frequently that people feel insufficiently strong, skinny, or worthy of Instagram. You are YOU, and that is enough because no one else can provide that. I have to constantly remind myself that the adage “comparison is the thief of pleasure” is accurate, but it’s true nonetheless. Start the journey to becoming stronger, more fit, and healthier for YOU, and do it YOUR way. Along the road, take inspiration from celebs, bloggers, friends, and social media, but keep your eye on the prize, relish the ride, and rock it in your own unique manner.
