A teaser from a Punjabi chat show, Dil Diyan Gallan, showed the Indian cricketer Shubman Gill breaking his silence by addressing the ongoing rumors about him dating actress Sara Ali Khan.
Preeti and Neeti Simoes’ popular chat show Dil Diyan Gallan, hosted by Sonam Bajwa, welcomed Shubman Gill, the Indian cricketer. As shown in the teaser, his candid yet not-so-candid replies fueled the rumors about him and Sara dating.
In the teaser, the cricketer was asked a couple of questions revolving around Sara Ali Khan.
It began when the host, Sonam Bajwa asked him, who he thinks is the fittest female actor in Bollywood. His answer was, “Sara.” Upon asking, if he is dating her or not, he cheekily replies saying, “maybe”.
Sonam Bajwa punning the actress’ name, urges him to reveal the truth, “Sara ka sara sach bolo, please! (please, speak the truth).” Shubman replies to this in a candid yet not-so-candid way, “Sara da sara sach bol diya (I have told the truth). Maybe, maybe not.”
Dil Diyan Gallan hosted by gorgeous Sonam Bajwa, is a Punjabi chatty tête-à-têtes on Zee Punjabi. The show welcomed renowned personalities who share their origins in the beautiful state of Punjab.
The stunning host Sonam Bajwa engages with them in a light, fun-filled, heart-to-heart chat about their personal and professional lives.
The maker of the show, Preeti Simoes shared a teaser from the chat show that fuelled the ongoing rumor of Sara and Shubman dating.
The entire episode of the chat show will be televised this weekend on 19th November, at 7 pm.
About The Ongoing Rumors of Shubman Gill and Sara Ali Khan
Rumors about Shubman Gill and Sara dating glimmered when the two were first seen together in an eatery earlier this year, in August. The picture of the two sharing a table got crazy viral and, the buzzes were all around. A month back again in October, Sara and Subhman were seen together exiting a hotel and boarding the same flight.
The videos and pictures went viral, and so did the speculations. Thus far, none has addressed this until Shubman recently gave a cheeky response in a Punjabi chat show.
Previously the charming cricketer was associated with Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara, as they were rumored to be dating.
Meanwhile, Sara had an era of rumors about her and Kartik Aaryan dating. In 2018, she confessed on Koffee With Karan, that she had a crush on her Love Aaj Kal co-star, Kartik Aaryan. They reportedly parted ways in 2020. Since then, Sara has denied being in a relationship. Also, in recent interviews.
On the work front, Shubman Gill was retained by his Indian Premier League (IPL) team, the Gujarat Titans, for the next season of the domestic T20 league.
Shubman will also feature in the upcoming T20i and ODI series against New Zealand, which will take place from November 18 to November 30.
And in the meantime, Sara Ali Khan will be next seen alongside Vicky Kaushal in director, Laxman Utekar’s upcoming untitled romantic-comedy film.
