Surprise, Surprise, and Surprise! Singer Armaan Malik took the internet by storm today when he announced his engagement to longtime girlfriend Aashna Shroff, a social media star and fashion blogger.
On Monday, he posted a series of photos from his proposal to Instagram. In the caption, he penned,
“And our forever has only just begun 🤍.”
Aashna also shared the pictures on her Instagram handle with a loved-up caption.
Although they have been romantically linked since 2019, the two have remained tight-lipped about their relationship.

Along with the photos of the proposal, Aashna wrote,
“Your leap of faith made me put all my faith in you 🤍.”
The first photo she shared showed the Bol Do Na Zara singer proposing to her in fits of laughter as he got down on one knee.
For the proposal, Armaan wore a beige suit, while Aashna wore a white and red dress with embellishments. The other two photos featured the couple striking romantic poses. During an outdoor photoshoot, Armaan is seen planting a kiss on Aashna’s forehead in one of the images.

In response, actress Sophie Choudhry exclaimed, “Omggggg (Oh my God) huge, congrats you guys! Love and happiness. ” Aww, congrats, you guys,” actor Ishaan Khatter wrote. Actor Tara Sutaria wrote, “Yaaaayyyyyyy ❤️❤️❤️. Omg omg omg (Oh my God). Congratulations, you two,” wrote social media personality Nikhil Kandhari.

The two don’t refrain from posting about each other on social media and have also been spotted together at multiple events together, but they really never officially announced that they were dating each other. A source close to both Armaan and Aashna was quoted saying,
“They were seeing each other in 2017 but then broke up. They then started dating again in 2019.”
“They are not hiding their relationship, so it’s weird that no one (from the media) is aware of their relationship.
