Yash Raj Films’ blockbuster film Pathaan has collected a historic Rs 634 crore gross worldwide in its first seven days, creating a record for the highest Week 1 in theatres in the history of Bollywood!

YRF said in a statement to the media, “Pathaan, on its 7th day, registered an insane 23 crores nett in India (Hindi – 22 crores, All Dubbed versions – 1.00 crore), taking the India gross to 28 crores. The overseas gross on day 7 is at 15 crores. In 7 days, Pathaan has recorded $29.27 million (238.5 crores) in the overseas territories alone, while nett collection in India stands at 330.25 (Hindi – 318.50 crores, Dubbed – 11.75 crores).”

Pathaan has created multiple records at the box office in India and abroad. Released on a Wednesday ahead of the Republic Day national holiday in India, the film was a make-or-break one for superstar Shah Rukh Khan, whose last few films had flopped.

With Pathaan, SRK has proved himself again as a megastar with a worldwide fan following. The film has become a celebration of sorts in theatres.

Pathaan also stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, Ashutosh Rana, and superstar Salman Khan in a rocking cameo appearance.

Pathaan is a must-watch family entertainer to be watched in the theatre and continues its good run. So much so that no other film in India is running so well and it has left the same impact in some international markets.
