Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt welcome their baby girl on Sunday afternoon in HN Reliance hospital in South Mumbai where they were spotted entering the hospital earlier that morning.
As the couple posted the news on social media, Almost every Bollywood celebrity congratulated them in the comment section including her Heart of Stone co-star Gal Gadot.
Earlier the news was posted by Ranbir’s sister Ridhimma Kapoor and then quickly confirmed by a post shared by the couple. Alia posted late last night (Sunday) on Instagram captioned, “And in the best news of our lives: Our baby is here.. and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love – blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!!! love, love, love. Alia and Ranbir.”

To which Gal commented “congratulations” with a heart emoticon.
Alia Bhatt will be making her Hollywood debut with an upcoming action thriller movie Heart of Stone in which Gal Gadot has a primary role. Alia went to the UK in May to shoot for the movie.
Just 2 weeks after her marriage to Ranbir Kapoor on 14th April 2022 at their home. The couple announced the pregnancy in June although Alia was already pregnant when she went to shoot for the movie in May.
Alia said in an interview with Variety with a baby bump showing – “It was my first Hollywood big English picture experience and I had quite a task at hand because I was shooting for the first time an action movie. But I’m also pregnant so there were so many layers for me to deal with. But they made it so seamless and so easy and so comfortable for me. It’s something that I will never forget because of how beautifully and how well I was treated.”
Gal Gadot’s Comment on Alia’s Post
Mommy-to-be’s baby bump will be seen clearly in the trailer of the movie and pictures of her shooting the movie as she is pregnant were shared with the fans earlier. She has done some action-packed scenes in the movie while she was pregnant at the time of the shoot.
Alia will be playing Keya Dhawan in Heart of Stone directed by Tom Harper, also starring Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo, Matthias Schweighöfer, Jing Lusi, and Paul Ready. The movie is expected to release on Netflix in 2023 Screenplay by Greg Rucka and Allison Schroeder.
A source revealed, “Alia Bhatt has planned her pregnancy in a way that it doesn’t derail any of her work commitments. Alia is dedicated to completing the films before the end of July, considering that both the films (Heart Of Stone and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani) require Alia to look a certain way.”

Bhatt is also working on another movie which is a romantic comedy ‘Rocky Aur Rani ki Prem Kahani’ which has Ranveer Singh working alongside Alia. After these two movies, she is scheduled to appear in Farhan Akhtar’s film Jee Le Zara opposite Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif.
